Turn on Offline access in Settings to keep your vault and sold pieces, sub-vaults, daily carry, maintenance, labels, wishlists, and their photos on the device.
Add a piece or edit specs with no connection — changes queue on the device, marked as pending, and sync themselves when you're back online. Photos, labels, and sold flows wait for a connection, and say so.

Pull down on Collection, Sold, knife details and photos, Maintenance, Trash, Wishlists, or a wishlist item to check the server immediately — even on an empty or error screen.
