Creator giveaway rules
Creator giveaways are hosted and shipped by the creator. The host is the sponsor. CHOIL lists them and alerts followers; when entry is in CHOIL, CHOIL also takes the entries and draws. CHOIL never handles the prize or any money. Free to enter, no purchase necessary. 18+. Void where prohibited.
The creator hosting the giveaway is the sponsor and is responsible for the prize, rules, eligibility, shipping, and legal requirements where the host and entrants live.
Entry is free, with no purchase necessary, and limited to one entry per CHOIL member.
Some giveaways take entries on the creator's own platform; CHOIL only lists those and alerts followers. The creator's own rules apply there.
CHOIL only lists the giveaway, takes entries, and draws. CHOIL never handles the prize, the winner's address, or any money.
The host chooses a live draw or an automatic draw. For a live draw, the host may redraw an absent or ineligible candidate before confirming a winner.
If the host set a claim deadline and the winner hasn't claimed in CHOIL by then, another winner is drawn.
Winners are contacted through CHOIL messages. The host and winner arrange prize shipping directly.
Entrants must be 18 or older and eligible where they live. Hosts are responsible for complying with their local law. Void where prohibited.
Apple and Google are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for creator giveaways.
CHOIL may remove any giveaway.
