Best-effort, and honest about it: a rate meter shows you if a room is gaming a piece, and you can reset that piece and re-run it.

A photo, not a paragraph
Live chat can't post pictures, so the room types their knife out instead. Here they tap the link, take the shot, and send it. No account, no app.
It has to be a knife
Every photo is identified before it reaches you. If it isn't a knife or a piece of EDC, it's deleted and you never see it.
Nothing airs until you tap it
The queue is yours alone, and a stranger's photo reaches your broadcast only when you put it there.

Turn on auto-air and each photo holds the stream for 10–60 seconds before the next one goes up, oldest first, so you can talk instead of tapping. Off by default — it puts an unreviewed photo on a live broadcast, so it is something you switch on, never something you inherit. Discard and Block sender keep working either way.
The queue stays off camera
Your OBS source shows the photo you chose and nothing else. What you're reviewing is never what you're capturing.
Gone after the show
End the show and every photo is deleted. Nothing a viewer sends outlives the stream by more than two days.

Your audience can't click a link on a livestream, so the board and the wall put a QR on screen — plus a card you can drop straight into chat.
